Do you offer trade pricing?

Where do you ship?

Australia-wide from our Perth warehouse. In-stock lines are dispatched same day where possible; freight is calculated at checkout.

Why do you specify 316L stainless for pool lids?

316L is marine grade. The molybdenum content resists chloride pitting from chlorinated and salt water, and the low carbon content keeps welds sound. Around pools and near the coast, 304 will eventually tea-stain and pit.

Can I get a lid made to a custom size?

In most cases yes. Send us the clear opening dimensions, the surround finish (concrete, paver or tile) and the recess depth you need, and we will confirm what can be fabricated.

How do I choose between a concrete-fill lid and a paver lid?

Accepted Answer

Match the lid to the surround. Concrete-fill trays are for concrete surrounds so the lid reads as part of the pour; paver and tile trays are sized so a cut paver or tile sits flush inside.

What is GFRP reinforcing bar and when would I use it?

Glass fibre reinforced polymer bar. It does not corrode, so it suits marine, coastal and chloride-exposed work, and it is much lighter to handle than steel. It is also non-conductive and non-magnetic.

Unused product in original condition can be returned — contact us first so we can issue return details. Custom-fabricated items are made to order and are generally non-returnable.
